If your craving more power from your Shelby GT500, Whipple has the answer. The all new bolt-on supercharger system is the first and only 50-state legal supercharger upgrade available today. While the GT500 pumps out an astounding 760HP, the small supercharger, when coupled with the severely undersized intercooler and inlet system lacks ability to safely make more power on 91/93 octane. The massive 3.8L Gen 5 twin-screw supercharger is 43% larger in displacement and features the patented dual core, dual pass intercooler for incredible, uncomparable cooling capacity.

Each system features the billet, 132mm throttle body, Whipple's unique 145mm cold air intake system with the oversized air filter for all the air your engine could use. While the air intake system is industry leading, the real magic comes from the patented intercooler system. The discharged air goes through each intercooler two times, giving the system overall double the capacity of the stock IC core. Even better, the Whipple dual cores feature dual 3/4" ID and dual 3/4" outlet for the intercooler water, allowing nearly twice the water flow of the stock IC core. Did we mention, the supercharger lid is made of 6061-T6 billet for added strength while clearing the factory strut tower brace and hood vents.

The industry leading, record breaking 3.8L has dominated in every race class its been legal, destroying the competitions superchargers. With over 2000HP capacity, the GT500 3.8L comfortably makes an astonishing 1035HP on 93 octane fuel with an 100% stock engine and exhaust, with only 16psi of boost. That's a 275HP gain over the stock system, while being 50-state legal!

The Whipple upgrade system includes a HP Tuner RDT flash tool for easy calibration delivery and enhanced data logging capacity, along with the 4 credits required for flashing. Each Whipple system comes with new motor mount brackets to fit under the stock hood, billet idler plate and idler pulleys, intercooler vent system, SC belt and all the necessary hardware for an easy installation.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not receive notice within 7 days of receiving order, we cannot process return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
