Despite the impressive 700HP output of the Raptor R, its smaller supercharger, coupled with a limited intercooler and inlet system, restricts its ability to safely maximize power on 91/93 octane fuel. Whipple's solution? The colossal 3.8L Gen 6 twin-screw supercharger. Boasting a 43% larger displacement, this powerhouse is equipped with our patented dual core, dual pass intercooler - a marvel of engineering that offers unmatched cooling capabilities.

Our comprehensive system includes a precision-machined, 132mm billet throttle body and a high-flow oversized air filter, ensuring your engine has access to all the air it needs. However, the crown jewel of our system is the patented intercooler design. The discharged air circulates through each intercooler twice, effectively doubling the cooling capacity compared to the stock IC core. The dual cores feature a 1-inch capacity for both inlet and outlet, allowing nearly double the water flow. Additionally, the oversized lid is expertly designed to maintain air velocity, optimizing the Coyote engine's output.

The 3.8L supercharger has shattered records and dominated in every racing class it's entered, outperforming competitor superchargers with ease. In the Raptor R, it comfortably delivers an astonishing *975HP on 93 octane fuel with a completely stock engine and exhaust system, all at just 16psi of boost. That's a staggering 275HP gain over the stock setup, while still maintaining 50-state legality.

Every Whipple upgrade system includes the advanced Whipple Tomahawk V2 flash tool, offering straightforward calibration delivery and enhanced data logging. The package also features a billet -8 fuel rail, 1/2-inch fuel line, billet adjustable idler plate and pulleys, intercooler vent system, SC belt, and all necessary hardware for a seamless installation. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not receive notice within 7 days of receiving order, we cannot process return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
